Under the Asturian sky, rises the Natural Park of Las Ubi\u00f1as – La Mesa. The mountain is characterized by the Ubi\u00f1a massif, standing over 2400 meters (Picos del Font\u00e1n and Pe\u00f1a Ubi\u00f1a with 2417 meters) and various areas at an approximate altitude of 2000 meters. Because of this, there is a significant difference in altitude within the park between the different zones.<\/p>\n
The valleys are formed by the basins of the Taja River, the Valdecarzana River, and the Val de Sampedro or P\u00e1ramo River, where the natural monument of Cueva Huerta is located.<\/p>\n
This photograph, taken at the beginning of spring, shows the metamorphosis of life. The snow begins to melt, giving way to the green that, dormant, has always been there, waiting to see the light again to produce its own food.<\/p>\n
